The house has two large bedrooms, with high ceilings & a stripped floor in the attic.
On street parking is available. Sorry smoking is not permitted within the property.

The house is located in between Roundhay Road and Harehills Road, providing immediate access to all local amenities including convenience stores, launderette, pharmacy, Doctors and Schools. Very convenient for St James Hospital (2 minute walk from Bexley Grove entrance). Also less than 10 mins from the city with excellent bus connections, 12, 13, (<10mins from Chapel Allerton) 4, 88, 42, 49, 50, all within 3 mins walk. It is on a quiet side road so parking is also easy if you have a car (see the map).
The fitted kitchen includes washing machine, in addition to gas cooker and fridge. Currently semi-furnished e.g. 2, 2 seater sofas etc.(can be some flexibility depending on what furnishings of your own you already have). Lounge and bedroom recently re-floored making this is a cosy house that would suit two friends or a young family.
Bathroom and first bedroom on the first floor and a large second bedroom in the attic. There is also a cellar to the basement providing extra room for storage. A brand new Worcester boiler was fitted March 2014.
